1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using the Dahabak application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the app and delete any copies in your possession.
2. License
Dahabak grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app solely on devices that you own or control, for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This license does not grant you any rights to resell, redistribute, commercially exploit, or use the app in a corporate environment.
3. Description of Service
Dahabak is an informational app that provides:
- Real-time gold prices in Egypt for all karats
- Historical price charts and trends
- Gold product comparison across brands
- Personal gold portfolio tracking
4. Disclaimer - IMPORTANT
4.1 Information for Educational Purposes Only
All prices and information displayed in the app are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered financial or investment advice.
4.2 Price Accuracy
- Prices are sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect actual market conditions
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data
- Actual buying and selling prices may vary between dealers
- Always verify prices with your gold dealer before making any transactions
4.3 Not a Broker
Dahabak is not a broker, dealer, or seller of gold. We provide information only.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, designs, source code, data, graphics, and logos remain the sole property of Dahabak or its licensors. Your use of the app does not transfer or assign any ownership rights to you.
6. Acceptable and Prohibited Use
You may only use the app for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable local and international laws.
Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
- Manipulating displayed prices or data
- Posting misleading, offensive, or abusive content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to company systems or other users' data
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to derive the app's source code
7. Data Collection & Privacy
The app may collect limited usage-related information such as device type, operating system, and usage frequency to improve performance and enhance user experience. Such data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.
8. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must not share your login credentials
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
9. Updates & Support
Dahabak may provide updates that include performance improvements, bug fixes, or new features. Some updates may be mandatory. While support may be offered via available channels, we are not obligated to provide ongoing technical assistance.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the app at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the app and delete any installed copies.
11. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We shall not be liable for:
- Technical errors, interruptions, or downtime
- Data loss or service disruptions
- Any financial, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the app
- Any investment decisions you make based on displayed information
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority over any disputes.
