If you would like to delete your Dahabak account and all associated data, you can submit a request below or contact us directly.

What data will be deleted?

  • Your account information (email, authentication data)
  • Your portfolio data (gold investments, purchase history)
  • Your app preferences and settings
  • Your usage data and analytics

How long does it take?

We process data deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
